I never received the Password Reset message.
Some email programs will attempt to protect you from messages that contain website links,
usually these messages are moved into a "Bulk" or "Spam" folder where you can view them.
Please Check the contents of these folders for a message titled
"Covina Password Reset".
Note: The Password Reset message can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
When I login my child's profile is displayed.
This most often occurs when your profile is not in the system, you have no email associated with your profile
or a different email is assigned to your account.
If you would like to have your own account, please call Covina at (626) 384-5340 and ask that they create an account for you. Ensure that you ask to have your child assigned to your account so that you are able to view their schedule, sign them up for events and make payments.
Once an account has been created, you will need to return to this page to setup a new password.
